HIGH-END Modern Prefabricated Homes.

Our high-end prefabricated homes are based on 40’ Containers made of Corten Steel (Corrosion Resistant) of 320 SF that we clad with Wood from the inside and outside. Homes start at 320 SF and can go up to 3200 SF. Our prefabricated homes come with a 200 Amp Electric Panel, 220V Water Heater, and Modern Kitchen Cabinets. The walls are based on Wood Panel allowing for easy adaptions. Homes are built following the building codes in Florida where Wind and Rain come from all 4 directions. Homes are very well insulated.
Homes come with Wood Floor, Hurricane Wood Doors, and Hurricane fixed Wood Windows.
