Etchmiadzin

A full-arch double door with a grid of raised panels, carved oval medallions and a carved Armenian-motif surround — the Etchmiadzin.

The Etchmiadzin is a full-arch mahogany double door with a grid of raised panels, a carved oval medallion at the center of each leaf, long iron pulls and a fully carved surround with interlaced Armenian motifs, in a dark antique stain. Photographed unmounted.

Handcrafted in solid mahogany for churches, chapels and institutions, and built to the opening — monumental heights, arched and Gothic shapes, carved panels and symbols to the parish’s drawings, with hardware prepared for closers and panic exit devices where code requires. Where the opening falls within the tested size, the door can be specified with Florida Product Approval FL16326 for the High Velocity Hurricane Zone (±65 PSF), with any glass in laminated impact glass.
