Solid mahogany pivot doors up to 144″ tall × 81″ wide. 3″ thick. Two 5-point lock sets. Florida Product Approved FL28370. Built in our own factory.
Free design consultation · Custom-built to spec · 9–12 week production
A standard front door is 36″ × 80″. Ours go to 81″ × 144″, fully hurricane-rated. That's five-foot-four wider and five-foot-four taller — twelve feet of vertical entrance, the height of two standard doors stacked.
Single openings up to 50″ × 120″, doubles up to 74″ × 120″, and pivot configurations to the full 81″ × 144″. Every dimension is held in our Florida Product Approval.
Most "premium" doors come in around 1¾". Ours are 3 inches thick, set in a massive 8″ × 1¾″ laminated mahogany frame. The result feels different the moment you push it.
Solid mahogany with engineered core, marine-grade plywood reinforcement, top and bottom rails of 7½″ solid mahogany.
Laminated mahogany jambs and headers — the structural anchor that lets us hit hurricane code at oversized widths.
Top and bottom pivot points secured with four ¼″ anchors each, rated to the full design load.
Schlegel QEZ 320, AP 425 D, and QEBD 650 weatherstrips seal the door against air, water, and forced-entry pressure.
Every pivot ships with two 5-point multi-point locking systems — one on each side of the door. That's 10 separate steel bolts engaging the frame simultaneously. The same security architecture used on European high-security doors, doubled.
Two complete 5-point sets, one on each vertical edge. When you turn the key or trigger the smart lock, all ten bolts engage in unison.
5 to 8-digit PIN codes, fingerprint reader, and traditional key — all in one keypad. Up to 100 codes for guests, contractors, or staff.
Lock and unlock from anywhere using the smartphone app. Auto-unlock as you arrive, push notifications when kids get home.
Lose your phone? Battery dead? A traditional physical key still opens the door. The smart layer never replaces fundamental security.
Six things we build into every door that most manufacturers cut corners on.
FL28370. Tested under TAS 201, 202, and 203 for High Velocity Hurricane Zones — Miami-Dade, Broward, and HVHZ-rated for the entire state.
Up to 144″ × 81″ — pivot openings most manufacturers can't engineer. Single, double, and pivot configurations all approved.
The species that earns its keep in coastal climates — naturally rot-resistant, dimensionally stable, and richer with age.
The 1-year manufacturer warranty covers defects, but the impact rating itself stays valid for the life of the door.

Yes — we exclusively manufacture solid wood doors. We do not produce metal doors, aluminum doors, fiberglass doors, or fire-rated doors. Mahogany is the only species we work with because it has decades of proven performance in Florida's climate.
Every pivot ships with two 5-point multi-point locking systems — one on each vertical side of the door. That's 10 steel bolts engaging the frame simultaneously when you turn the key. It's compatible with our Custom Doors Smart Lock, which adds a fingerprint keypad, 5–8 digit PIN codes (up to 100), and a WiFi bridge for remote control from your smartphone.
After production starts, expect approximately 9 to 12 weeks for fabrication and delivery. Production doesn't start until CAD drawings are approved, all paperwork is signed, and the 65% deposit has cleared.
